How much will it cost?
Standard Shipping within the UK is FREE on orders over £50. Orders for less will be charged £2.99. We also offer an express delivery service within the UK with all the bells and whistles this starts at £5.99 and is delivered next working day if your order before 12 pm

When will I get my order?
Every item on the site has a delivery estimate. The delivery estimate can found at checkout, just before the payment page. As a rough rule of UK Standard is 3-5 days, Express next working day if ordered before 12 pm, Europe is 5 – 7 days and Australia, USA, Canada is 7 - 9 days that's too major cities if you live in a remote area great! (e.g. up a mountain, on a desert island or in the jungle!) it might take a little longer, but trust that we use the best delivery guys in the business so you will receive your order as quickly as possible.
I don't think that my order has arrived yet?
If you are concerned about the status of your order, please check your email and your junk email folder to see if you have any email updates or a tracking number. If this does not answer your problem, please email email@example.com with your name, contact number and order reference.
I think something is missing from my order?
Occasionally we have to ship several items from one order separately, so if you think there may be something missing from your order, please check your parcel thoroughly for a note that mentions any added delivery information. If you cannot find a message, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will my order be packaged?
We'll do everything to ensure your parcel gets to you in perfect condition. Small orders we doubled bagged in a custom CRX polybag and large orders come in a double wall cardboard box with suitable padding
Can I track my parcel?
All orders sent using a tracked service. Upon dispatch will receive an email with a tracking number with a link to the courier site that will allow you to keep up to date with the journey of your order.
What time will it arrive?
Our couriers will deliver between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, with most delivery services you will receive email updates and text message the day of delivery.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you are not home when your parcel has been delivered, you will be left a note through your letterbox instructing you how to obtain your delivery. This will contain an appropriate contact number or link for you to re-arrange the delivery.
Do I need to pay to return an item that is the wrong size or if I have changed my mind?
No, we offer free returns within the UK. For exchanges, the quickest and most efficient way to get your replacement goods is to place a new order and request a refund for the unwanted item.
Have you received my returned item?
Once you return your parcel, the courier will provide you with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey back to CRX HQ. We will drop you an email once it's arrived and processed by our returns team
How Do I Return Something?
Before you start, make sure you have your dispatch note to hand, found inside the package we've sent you.
- Start by emailing the CRX Returns team: sales@crxcompression, so our returns team know what to do when we receive your items. Don't forget to let us know your order ID, the reason for return and what you would like us to do, e.g. full refund or an exchange
- The returns team will log your order number and book your return. We will then send you a returns ID and a free shipping label (UK Returns). Please write the returns ID on the despatch note
- Securely wrap your parcel, ensuring your item/s will not be damaged during transit. We can only accept items in their original condition, so make sure you place items inside another box or a bag. Please don't stick the returns label directly onto the product packaging, as we won't be able to process the return and we will instead send it back to you.
- Attach the address label and place it on the front of the parcel. Afterwards, put the despatch note inside the package.
- Take the parcel to your local drop of point and send it back to our return's hub.
- The drop off point will provide you with a tracking card so you can follow your parcels journey back to CRX HQ
- As soon as your returned item/s have been processed at HQ, we will action your refund or exchange. Refunds are usually back in the customer's account 3-5 working days after this. Sorry, that's down to the banks, not us. Exchanges will be shipped the next working day
What am I allowed to return?
You can return anything to us within 45 days of shipment all that we ask is the item is returned to us in an original, resalable condition If you think your item is faulty, please email us with pictures of the fault before sending any item back
Can I swap my return for a different item?
Assuming you have returned the unwanted item to us in an acceptable condition, you can exchange it for the same item either in a different size or colour. If you want to exchange it for a completely different item, please place a new order and request a refund for the unwanted item. This is the quickest and most efficient way for you to get your replacement goods.
How long do I have to return an item?
Assuming that they are in a re-saleable condition, we will accept returns up to 45 days after shipment.
What is your returns policy?
We have one of the most generous returns policies in the industry. Every parcel we deliver contains returns instructions that will help you deal with most problems. You have 45 days to return the item. All that we ask is the item is returned to us in an original, resalable condition. If you think your item is faulty, please email us with pictures of the fault before sending any item back.
It would be best if you considered the costs of returning the item to the UK and the additional time it may take for your return to get to us when purchasing. You will need to still book your return by emailing email@example.com but will then need to organise shipping with your local post office or courier at your cost.
Do I need to pay to return a faulty item?
If you need to return an item that is faulty or because of a mistake on our part, we will issue you with a free returns label or shipping credit so you're not out of pocket. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sending anything back.
What do I do if an item I have received is faulty?
If you have received an item that is damaged or otherwise faulty, do not send the items back to us straight away. Please contact our Customer Services team at email@example.com and include pictures of any defects and clearly detail any faults on the item. We will then forward these pictures to our R&D team to assess whether it is a manufacturer fault. If so, we will issue you with a free returns label or shipping credit so you are not out of pocket.
All our orders are sent our Duty Unpaid. Once the goods arrive in the importing country, the buyer is responsible for any additional tariffs or duties. Depending on the value of your order, you may incur added import costs.
